We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, life-support equipment like regulators and BCDs must be returned with all factory seals intact.

Yes, ADRENO Ocean Outfitters provides certified maintenance services for most major brands. You can ship your gear to our service center or drop it off at any of our physical storefronts.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products sold are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also provide a 12-month ADRENO guarantee on craftsmanship for our house-brand accessories.
Do you ship hazardous materials like dive tanks or CO2 cartridges?
We can ship dive tanks, but they must be sent empty per transport regulations. Certain pressurized items like CO2 canisters for life vests may require specialized ground shipping and incur additional handling fees.
